Then screening of the cultural industry financing enterprise credit in culture industry financing credit guarantee to each factor that influence private culture, especially using the analytic hierarchy process constructed the credit evaluation system of cultural enterprise financing guarantee, and probes into the cultural industry to support the development of credit guarantee policy suggestions, which was hope to provide the ideas and methods for reference in the development of our country’s cultural industry.The significance of meaning of this essay lies in:First, deepen the understanding of the private enterprise culture in cultural industry. This paper arranges the related theory of cultural industry; analyzes the essence characteristic of private enterprise culture and the function of credit guarantee, which aim to deepen our understanding of the private cultural enterprises credit guarantee and the necessity and urgency of the development of private enterprise financing credit guarantee culture; Secondly, deepen the credit evaluation system of the development of private enterprise culture. At present, it is relatively lack of the research in academic to study credit evaluation private cultural enterprise financing guarantee from credit evaluation perspective. This paper analyzes the meaning and properties of the credit evaluation, which combined with the characteristics of private enterprise culture, to open up the credit evaluation as the main part of private cultural enterprise financing guarantee, in order provide certain practice significance of cultural industry financing guarantee mode of the path to innovation.
