Along with the cultural industry development in our country like araging fire, the financing problems of cultural enterprises is drawing moreand more attention. Cultural enterprises due to its own characteristics, aswell as the development of China’s financial industry is still not perfectand so on, the present is difficult to obtain the funds required for itsdevelopment.On the one hand, the cultural industry in China is growing rapidly,the national policy for the given great support; on the other hand, culturalenterprises as the main force of the culture industry, the financingproblem remain to be sorted out. Based on this, as the current culturalenterprise financing the most common way--research on the bank creditmodel is necessary.The main content of this paper is divided into four parts, the firstpart introduces the concept and characteristics of cultural enterprises, andanalyzes the current situation of cultural enterprises through bank creditfinancing. The second part makes a detailed analysis on the reasons offinancing difficulties of China’s cultural enterprises at present. From theaspect of cultural enterprises, capital markets and investment andfinancing system three explains the causes of the financing difficulties ofcultural enterprises. The third part of the two key problems that must besolved in credit financing mode of cultural enterprises: carry out cultural intangible assets evaluation and credit rating of enterprise cultureevaluation problem is analyzed and discussed in detail. The fourth part isthe culture construction of credit and financing mode, design the basicframework of credit financing mode of cultural enterprises, and putforward to ensure the smooth implementation of credit financing patternof the external environment.
