《Complete Collection of Song Ci Poetry》as the most comprehensive collection of Chinese lexical category,Included poems for nearly twenty thousand,more than one thousand three hundred and thirty poets.it plays an important role in the history of Chinese literature.Although Song Ci is a literary works,there is also much medical content,study on medical history has to find relevant information from many literatures.The research of this article based on 《Complete Collection of Song Ci Poetry》 that is written by Tang Guizhang,collect the historical data of Medical Culture,supplemented by other historical and medical literature,to analyze and discuss the phenomenon of medical culture in Song Ci.At first,the article for the collection and classification of Song Ci in the words associated with the culture of Medicine, divided then into five categories according to the content; Secondly,analysis the main cause of the phenomenon of medical culture in Song Ci.The stable social environment in Song Dynasty,the practical needs of life health,the influence of Confucian ethics and Taoist health concept and literati have the ability to read the medical books.All of these are important reasons for the production of medical words in Song Ci.Again, mainly to the medical phenomenon appeared in the Song Dynasty according to different categories of specific analysis.Focus on the analysis of the disease,health and medical and health practices in the word.The social interpersonal relationship of patients,changes in the social status of doctors,people’s view on life and death and the generation and spread of new words in the word class,all these are the contents of this chapter. Finally,discussed the medical social problems those are reflected in Song Ci.Mainly related to the social indifference and rejection of the sick, more developed social and economicin the Song Dynasty, the improvement of the social status of doctors and so on.Through the analysis of words related to medicine in 《Complete Collection of Song Ci Poetry》,it was found that the content of medical knowledge is not enough and complete,but the doctor’s social status, psychological history of the disease and people’s awareness of their own life and health and other information is relatively rich.I hope that through the analysis of words related to medicine in 《Complete Collection of Song Ci Poetry》,to provide some original data for the study of the medical history of the Song Dynasty,Supplement and confirm the related records of traditional Chinese medical books.
