In recent years, researchers pay attention to the importance of emotion in human life, which started the studies of emotion. The role of emotion in decision-making is a problem on decision to be solved in the future. The researches of risk decision-making was based on emotional valence, but the study on the emotional arousal on the risk decision-making was very little. This study was to explore the effects of emotions valence and emotional arousal on risk decision. In the existing literature, this study was to explore the effects of emotions valence and emotional arousal on risk decision, at the same time, this study was also to explore the effects of gender on risk decision. To study the random selection of undergraduates from Hu Nan Normal University, a total of 80 people were divided into four groups(positive emotion on high arousal group, positive mood on low arousal group, negative emotions on high arousal group, negative mood on low arousal group), each group of 20 people, including 10 men and 10 women. The experimental results are as follows:(1) male The score of male risk decision is 14.28, and women risk decision is 12.61, t=1.997>1.96.(2) The risk decision-making of positive emotion score is 14.31, and risk decision-making of negative emotion is 12.58, t= 2.084>1.96.(3) The simple effect of emotion type is not significant in men emotional valence(F = 1.476, p = 1.476), but the simple effect among women is significantly(F = 21.356, p < 0.001).(4) There is significant interaction between the emotion arousal and valence. Emotional arousal in positive emotion have simple effect significantly(F = 5.478, p = 5.478), in the negative emotion, the simple effect is also significantly(F = 4.540, p = 4.540).The experimental results are as follows:(1) Gender can apparent influence in risk decision-making. In the risk decision-making, men tend to choose risk behavior than women.(2) Emotional valence has a significant effect on risk decision-making. In the risk decision-making, people who have positive emotion tend to choose more risk behavior than people who have negative emotion.(3) There is apparent influence between gender and emotional valence. On the risk decision-making, women who have positive emotion tend to choose risk behavior than women who have negative emotion. In men, there is no significant influence between positive emotion and negative emotion on the risk decision-making.(4) There is significant interaction between emotion valence and emotion arousal. On the risk decision-making, people who have positive emotion and high arousal tend to choose risk behavior than who have positive emotion and low arousal; people who have negative emotion and high arousal tend to choose risk behavior than who have negative emotion and low arousal.
