Research On The Jian Article In Northern And Southern Dynasties

The Jian article was originated in pre-Qin Dynasty, at this time Jian article begun to take shape, and this period is the bud stage of its development. After the time baptism Jian article become more and more mature until the Tang Dynasty. The system of the official censor at court and its multiple cultural identities in Tang Dynasty provided a good development environment and atmosphere to Jian article.The achievements of Jian article in Tang Dynasty didn’t happen overnight. It benefited from solid preparation of the northern and southern dynasties. This preparation stage, however, is rarely studied. So this studying paper will take the Jian article in northern and southern dynasties as the research object and focus on its contents、features and effects.The full text is divided into three chapters:The first chapter mainly illustrated the characteristic and its creation and development processes of Jian article and admonish ruler. It will also discuss the writing of Jian article in northern and southern dynasties.The second chapter mainly analysed the ideological contents of Jian article in northern and southern dynasties. In the first section mainly elaborated the contents and composition background of Jian article then will take its text as the standard to categorize the content of Jian article. And on the basis of this,the paper will analyse from what respects that imperial censors give the advice to the king and discuss the primary contents. The second section mainly analysed its value orientation, the value orientation not only reflect the author’s thought foundation but also contains plenty of informations about admonish culture.The third chapter mainly elaborated the effect of Jian article in northern and southern dynasties. The effect of Jian article depends on dominant stateman’s consciousness to accept counsel and the official censor at court’s admonition skills. The consciousness of dominant stateman can directly affect the court’s remonstrant system and atmosphere while different admonition skills of he official censor at court makes different writing style on Jian article. Therefore this chapter focus on case analysis and will disassemble and integrate some typical examples.The main purpose of writing is to expect to get the effect of expostulation,therefore,from the two aspects to enhance the expostulation effect can promote the development and culture,especially in the north is the fact that the culture has a direct impact on the culture of Sui and Tang Jian,and these characteristics of remonstrance of the northern and Southern Dynasties has also been extended to the later creation of remonstrance.
