To social organizations, the crisis public relation discourse is an essential language tool which can maintain a good relationship or fix it between the organizations and the public. This thesis is a research on the crisis public relation discourse, which is divided into 7 chapters,3 parts.The first part includes chapter 1 introduction,which introduces what the topic is, why I chose it, the academic and realistic value of the research, the corpus and range of the research, and the research approaches.The second part includes chapter 2 to chapter 6, these five chapters is the main part of this thesis. Chapter 2 contains the explanations of the conceptions about crisis public relation discourse, and the former achievements about the crisis public relation discourse. Chapter 3 is an analysis of the structure of the crisis public relation speech act by using the Speech Act Theory. Chapter 4 is two classifications of crisis public relation discourses in two different standards. Chapter 5 contains the description about the structure of the crisis public relation discourse,both of the writing format structure and the macro-structure, the elements and their sequence in the discourse, and how the elements matching up with the communicative intentions. Chapter 6 is about the strategies of the crisis public relation discourse, consisting of the characteristic form of discourse and its generative principles.Chapter 7 is the last part, it is the conclusion and something about limitations of the research.
