The important significance of Pollock’s abstract art lies in the subversive change to tradition, it added movement behavior, the new material tool, the new painting ways into the pictures And the pictures are no longer directly descibe the expressions or actions through certain images, but has become a direct record of the author’s emotional vent.It transferred from symbolic art into a painting method of scraping and dripping paint spray on a huge canvas. It reformed picture’s 3D space, There is no longer short or long-sceens in Pollock’s creations. The previous pattern composition completely reformed, the space concept of images vanished. It’s themeless, pointless, and random in the pictures, and it can be arbitrarily split, every part is so natural and vivid. Pollock’s influence is not only on the changes of the sceen, but its concious of creation is the most precious. After all the movements of "anti-tradition" and "subversion of the tradition" Chinese ink painting, our generation of art practitioners will base on former pioneers experience, and take most from pioneers and their examples. This essay is based on the explorations and practice of the western art concepts. It focus on the continuity and binding of Pollock art and Chinese ink paintings. We value the traditional art and improve and make innovations. In this way, we give some hope and vitalities to this "suspension", "blank period" time. In my mind, contemporary ink art can be separated from the concept of Chinese painting. People who are devoted to contemporary ink art, do not have to discuss the issues of skill or personality, these issues are not important. Make attempts to a variety of new ways.Try to explore the traditional way as well as other possibilities. This is the contemporary generations ‘ job. Put experimental, creative, and social concern in the first place.
