One is a jazz bar owner, the other is a dentist, they both have a creative impulse and put into practice to write novels after thirty years old.. One wrote novels on the kitchen table in the middle of the night after the bar close, the other began his literary career for work at the county cultural center. They are Haruki Murakami and YuHua, They born at the same time, the creation of literary works by them have very wide readership in China and Japan,They both influenced by the western literature, YuHua can be said the writer who keep close with the foreign literature, Kurt von Gutt, Stephen King, Franz Kafka, these writers influenced Haruki Murakami directly or indirectly, the existence of the above similarities of the two writes both dabbled in the topic of growth in the creation of literary works.Golgi had a famous saying:literature is human. The fact is that, throughout the history,the literature is a concept of history about human evolution. Writers of different times used their pens show up people’s thoughts and feelings, living conditions, spiritual needs in different periods, growth is always a hot topic, from Gerd’s William Maistre’s wandering times to The Adventures of Tom Sawyer, writes remember their mission as an artist to help teenagers removing the doubt in the heart to get real growth.China and Japan are intervaled by a narrow strip of water, They have mutual influence and reference on the political, cultural and other aspects,so it is reflected in the literature. Therefore the similarity here in Japan Writer Haruki Murakami and Chinese writer Yu Hua conducted a comparative study, through the analysis of the two writers’ initiation story to understand the development of the initiation story in the Eastl and dig out the practical value and significance of the works.
