Based on the review of the concepts and the current research of general self-efficacy, affect and general well-being, this research aims to investigate the characteristics and level of junior school students’general self-efficacy, affect and general well-being, how general self-efficacy and affect effect on general well-being, intends to explore the relationship among general self-efficacy, affect and general well-being of junior middle school students too. The purpose of this research is as well as to provide clues to the education of students’mental health.560 junior middle students of 2 middle schools in Shenyang Province participated in this survey, and they were asked to complete 3 questionnaires. The obtained data is computed with SPSS20.0.The statistical result is as follows:(l)There are not such ignificant difference during grades of junior middle school students’general well-being and there no significant difference during gender. The Gradel students’score are higher than students in Grade 3, both in summary score and 6 dimensions score.(2) General self-efficacy is related to negative affect negatively, and general self-efficacy can predict the negative affect directly.(3)Negative affect related to general well-being negatively, and it can predict the general well-being directly.(4) General self-efficacy is related to general well-being positively, and general self-efficacy, also has an effect on general well-being indirectly through negative affect, which hasmediating effect between general self-efficacy and general well-being.
