The status or value of the individual musicians in the cultural history is reflected by the continuity of their artistic creativity and their influence after their death. That is, the fitness which the musical works of the musicians and their own character mach to the social and cultural ecology is an important parameter.However, after the musicians death, whether the society influences of their artistic creativity have continuity is another important parameter. That is because of the continuity, the musicians able to achieve the immortal name. In fact, the figures that were chosen by the historians in the general history of music must be played an influential figure in contemporary and historic. But people will see that not all of historical figures, their creation could maintain enduring influence in the diachronic process after their death. Some of them, the influence of their works faded gradually or even blanking after their death, but were re-understood again in another new historical stage and let the works re-exhibit their brilliance which had been covered. It not only is a historical issue, but also is a sociological problem. It has far-reaching significance that if we treat it as a cultural phenomenon and research it.In this article,Telemann as case, the aim is to investigate the evolution of social acceptance from his lifetime to after his death and various factors causing his social acceptance changed. And thus placed this phenomenon in a three-dimensional space-time field and then elaborate and interpretation it. Trying to discover the collaboration and restricted relations of phenomenon of music which as a cultural phenomenon with social evolution and environmental change.This article contains three sections: Telemann’s life experiences and his music creation will be introduced in the first chapter. Chapters II, the author will macro overview of evolution of the social acceptance of Teleman’s music from brilliant in the 18 th century to silence in the 19 th century, until recovery in the 20 thcentury which multi-cultural contradictions coexisted. In the third chapter, the author will elaborate the evolution factor analysis of the socially acceptable of Telemann’s music. It will be elaborated from the historical changes of these three aspects of the social environment, the concept of art, aesthetic taste, music dissemination and consumer groups and so on. Try to find some reasonable explanation which caused the evolution of the social acceptance of Teleman’s music from the analysis of these factors.
