Research On The Creation Of Domestic Science Fiction Films

Throughout the history of Chinese films, since the 30’s of last century, China began to try creating science fiction movies, but the number of films and flop. Many scholars use transverse comparison analysis showed that: East and West different thinking patterns, different social background of history, religious culture and the production technology of difference factors caused by the science fiction genre in the film market at home and abroad present weak state of domestic science fiction film. However, as the film creation, the development of technology, people are trying to change the situation of poor and weak, 2015,2016 years, there are a number of domestic science fiction film release, such as “Impossible” “Lost In The Pacific” “The Mermaid” and so on, the adaptation of the Chinese science fiction literature “The Three Body Problem”. Domestic science fiction film gradually increased, given the researchers in a longitudinal perspective to study the early stage of the domestic science fiction film in the creation of new phenomena, new opportunities. Therefore, this paper attempts to analyze the relevant literature and domestic science fiction films(does not include: Hongkong’s independent creation of the science fiction film and the science fiction animated film), to explore and discuss the changes of the theme of the Chinese made science fiction movies, as well as the characteristics and deficiencies.This paper has five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which mainly explains the research background and significance, the domestic and foreign research status. In the past from the perspective of the comparison of Chinese and Western to explore domestic science fiction film more, but the analysis from the early to now domestic science fiction film in the creation of change is relatively small, so this will open a new path. In the second chapter, the concept of science fiction movie analysis, through the domestic and foreign scholars of different definitions, combined with the performance of the science fiction movie creation, so the definition of science fiction movies gives a wider range, and then difference between science fiction and fantasy film, modify the data of domestic science fiction movie type division. In the third chapter, on the basis of the specific domestic science fiction films, the creation of the theme of the analysis, found that the different reasons for the creation of the film and is not related to the subject area, can provide ideas for future creation. The fourth chapter analyzes the characteristics of the creation of the domestic science fic·tion films, the narrative mechanism of the study of the film which includes three aspects: the relationship between time and space, narrative structure, set up the role of nonreality, from the camera, light, sound, editing to study the performance of domestic science fiction film visual language and the development of science fiction movies in digital technology, and the advantages and disadvantages of domestic science fiction films are found. The fifth chapter is the end of the paper is a summary of the chapter, through the analysis of the present situation of the domestic science fiction film has the film in the creation of the level, find out the sticking point: first, imagine the formal cause the subject of lack of content; second, the creators of the lack of scientific literacy led to relatively simple narrative plot; third, compared with foreign digital technology behind, the film science fiction effect is difficult to achieve.Finally, it provides suggestions for the creation and development of the present and the future.
