Study Of The Quasi-fixed Structure "Qie A Qie B"

This paper analysed the quasi-fixed structure“qie A qie B” based on a large number of corpus.We study the different syntactic functionsof "qie A qie B " with the corresponding expression functions.Then it reviews the grammatical properties of A and B with the corresponding expression functions.We also study the format meaning of "qie A qie B " and illustrate the integration level of its format. Furthermore,we explain the process of “qie A qie B”from grammatical constructions to rhetorical constructions.The paper is divided into three parts:The first part constitutes an introduction in which the topic basis, research content and scope as well as research findings from the previous studies, theories and methods adopted and corpus sources are introduced.The second part in divided into five chapters which form the core section of the paper.In the first chapter, "qie A qie B " serve as the main predicate and clause. "qie A qie B " in syntax showed some characteristics.In the second chapter, we investigate its expression function based on its syntactic function.The third chapter focuses on details. The main study is about if thegrammatical nature of A and B is match with its expression function or not.The forth chapterfocuses on the semantic format and the integration of semantic forms level.The fifth chapterbased on the recent corpus, analyzes the cognitive mechanism of popular framework "qie A qie B ".The third part constitutes the conclusions which summarize the whole paper.
