From 19 thto 20thcentury, the reshaping of the world music stage has fully embodied various long-established ethos and confliction, and also reflected the process of composers seeking individual identity and cultural ideology in new environments. Thus, many works from that time contained strong emotions, in which composers’ value orientation and aesthetic pursuit of art, culture and real life were clearly shown.This article researched the performance characteristics and aesthetic on second and third movements of Tchaikovsky’s Violin Concerto in D major and Saint-Saens’ Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso, trying to understand the deeper implication and cultural significance by looking into their characteristics. The analysis is of significant importance to the performer when presenting the techniques and style. Attention to the techniques, implication and style is emphasized, for it is an essential process that explores music aesthetics. The different national characteristics, psychological traits and performance skills of the two works match the cultural and art background of the composers, conveying different aesthetics ideas and notions.
