Xinjiang was called the Western Region in ancient times. It played a unique and important role as an important hub connecting Asia and Europe in the long river of more than two thousand years of history. In terms of natural space, the Xinjiang region is bounded by the Tianshan Mountains, the south is the southern Xinjiang, and the north is the northern Xinjiang. In the summer of 2018,the author followed the academic investigation group on the inheritance of non-legacy dances in southern Xinjiang under the guidance of the instructor Professor Jiang Dong of the Dance Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Art.A detailed investigation has been conducted on the living conditions of ethnic minorities in southern Xinjiang and their representative dances in the state of non-legacy protection. The content of the investigation mainly involves three ethnic groups. The first is the Uyghur folk dance of oasis farming culture;the second is the Tajik dance of plateau farming and animal husbandry culture;the third is the Kirgiz dance of nomadic culture of grassland.Through inspections,we have seen the charm of traditional dances of non-heritage in southern Xinjiang, and also found that there are many problems in inheritance and protection, such as insufficient policy implementation, shortage of funds, and low awareness of local people's protection and participation. Therefore,it is proposed that the inheritance and protection of non-heritage traditional dances in South Xinjiang should focus on source protection,or they can enter campuses, communities, and colleges,or they can be innovative in the stage,so as to inherit and inherit non-heritage traditional dances in southern Xinjiang. The contribution of protection is meager.Non-legacy protection is a basic cultural national policy.Studying traditional dances in southern Xinjiang is essentially studying how different ethnic cultures and arts in the region can be protected and passed on with the help of the state 's effective non-legacy protection policies, making the ethnic dance culture healthy.Continue to develop in an orderly manner.Through research, the author investigated the art forms and style characteristics of some traditional dancesof ethnic minorities in southern Xinjiang on the spot, and had their own thoughts and experience on the achievements of some dances in southern Xinjiang through non-legacy protection and inheritance policies.Through this survey,we have also seen the achievements of South Xinjiang in the protection of non-legacy heritage.Almost all non-legacy traditional dances have been well protected and inherited. We also believe that the prospect of non-legacy traditional dances in southern Xinjiang is optimistic and positive.Non-legacy protection work is a long-term work.Only in the process of conservation work can we continue to promote the development of non-legacy cause if we base ourselves on the policy environment of non-legacy protection in our country and continually think and adjust new problems and new phenomena that arise Promote Chinese traditional culture.
