The Protection And Inheritance Of Henan Province Outstanding Traditional Culture In The Process Of The New Type Of Urbanization

Outstanding traditional culture witnesses the historical development of our country,which is the utmost treasure.It has a special quality of nonrenewable and irreplaceable.Henan Province lies on Central China, and central plain culture goes through thousands of years with extensive and profound historical connotation.It’s not only a regional culture,but also core component and significant source of Chinese culture.With the swift development of civilization,however,our outstanding traditional culture is faced with severe damages,which makes it a important thing to put protection on the agenda.The meeting convened by the conference of urbanization in December,2013 especially tabled a proposal of inheriting culture,developing cities and towns of historical memories,regional characteristics and national features,emphasized to protect and develop outstanding traditional culture as well as continuing urban history cultural heritage.On the background of economic transition pushed by new-type urbanization,this article mainly discussed how to preserve material and non-material traditional culture of Henan Province.Based on the preserve and inheritance of outstanding traditional culture, on the background of new-type urbanization.Firstly introduced the research background by clarifying relative theoretical basis.Secondly presented the distribution of material and non-material traditional culture of Henan Province as well as analyze their characteristics. Thirdly, analyzed the superiority, inferiority, opportunity and challenge of the preserve and inheritance of outstanding traditional culture during the new-type urbanization and attach great importance to the accompanying influence.Fourthly, introduce the general situation of heritage program on world-class, national and province level, summarizing effective measures and problems existing in the preserve of outstanding traditional culture.Last but not least, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the inheritance and protection of excellent traditional culture.
