Study On The Conservation About Culture Inheritance In The Process Of Urbanization

As the carrier of the traditional culture,the culture inheritance epitomizes the excellent local traditional culture,which loads the cultural connotation and the national spirit, and records the evolution of the local traditional culture in truth. It is the inner dynamics of the development. With the development of economics and society, especially in the 30 years since the reform and opening up, the aggregate of Chinese economics is going up steadily, the residents' income increases, the faces of the cities and the countrysides have been changing with each passing day. The same as the country, the cities have undergone a great change. However, with the increasingly rapid pace of urbanization, the situation of the urban culture inheritance protection was more and more severe.Jiaxing has a long history of 7000 years, which has outstanding historical and cultural traditions, condenses with many categories and rich connotation of culture inheritance. In 2011, Jiaxing was formally approved to become a national-level historical and cultural city by the State Council. In the process of declaration, Jiaxing actively excavated historical and cultural tradition and increased investment, and implemented ten major projects. At the same time, Jiaxing summarized experience and lessons of history, and took positive and effective measures to conserve the culture inheritance.According to the situation of culture inheritance destroyed in the process of urbanization, the article puts forward the question. Secondly, it expatiates the related concepts and the theories. Then it introduces the situation of the culture inheritance protection in France, in Korea, in Italy, and in our country. It introduces the specific conditions and measures of culture inheritance protection and analyzes the problems and theoretical analysis in Jiaxing. Finally it puts forward the countermeasures basing on the aspects of decision-making system, the planning management and operation mechanism.
