Secondary vocational education is to cultivate high-quality technical personnel based vocational education, With the transformation of economic system, the demand for skilled personnel in the society is increasing year by year, and the secondary vocational education is increasingly becoming a hot social hot spot. As the main front of the school, the classroom is the main position to train the qualified personnel for the society, which directly affects the quality of personnel training. However, in recent years, due to the secondary vocational school entrance threshold is gradually reduced,resulting in the secondary vocational students quality of students is declining year by year, and a series of classroom management problems have seriously hindered the realization of classroom teaching objectives. The research of this research is of great significance to improve the quality of secondary vocational education.This thesis takes the Yantai G College as a case, using the theoretical results of previous studies, combined with their own teaching practice, to investigate and analyze the existing problems and causes of the classroom management in vocational schools.After an investigation found that Korean class management in secondary vocational schools the main problems are: Korean class in secondary vocational school is lack of specification of the regular classroom, classroom routine execution lack of intensity; classroom problem behavior in general, teachers lack of effective means of treatment; ignore the classroom teaching situation creating.For these reasons, in this paper, through comprehensive analysis and conclusion,starting from many aspects, put forward the countermeasures to effectively solve the secondary vocational school Korean classroom management issues include: to establish the norms of classroom routine; create good teaching situation, creating a good classroom atmosphere; improve Korean classroom teaching attraction and in Korean Teaching pay attention to Korean culture and education etc.I hope this research can improve the classroom management in secondary vocational schools play a certain reference role, with a view to continuously improve the efficiency of classroom teaching in vocational school, improve the students’ interest in learning Korean and the ability of practical application of the Korean language.
