Based on Lexical Semantics Constraining Synatactic Realization of Semantic Roles Based on Mass Tagging, the national social science planning project, presided by my supervisor Kang Shiyong, we analyse the corresponding relations between lexical semantics and semantic roles, semantic roles of different sense categories and synatactic elements first by mass tagging, reaching some inequalities. Then, we try to summarize the rules of lexical semantics constraining synactic realization of semantic roles. Next, on the basis of semantic roles and synatactic elements, we make a census of the sense categories of the words which is in the location crossed by a semantic role and a synatactic element, on principles of keeping up with the development of new words, in order to make a contribution to developing the Chinese information processing.There are six chapters in this paper, and the main contents are as following.The first chapter is an introduction. It is an overview of the theoretical background and research status of Linking Theory and new words. It introduces the research objectives, methods and the significance of this article.Chapter two, three, four and five are the main parts of this paper.In chapter two, it refers to the construction of information database. Firstly, we tag the characteristic of words, semantic roles and syntactic elements, then extract key words in Tagged Corpus of Chinese Textbooks for Primary and Middle Schools and tag the sense categories of the key words.Then, we build Information Database of the tendency of sense categories, using the Chinese Textbooks for Full-time ordinary senior middle schools.Lastly, we build Text Database of the tendency of sense categories,using the Chinese Textbooks for the curriculum of high school and the A, B,C, D and E parts of the Dictionary of new words and expressions.Chapter three discusses the lexical semantics constraining syntactic realization of semantic roles.There are two parts in this chapter, they are the corresponding relation between lexical semantics and semantic roles and the corresponding relation semantic roles of different sense categories and synatactic elements. By means of analying the Tagged Corpus of Chinese Textbooks for Primary and Middle Schools, we discusses the lexical semantics constraining syntactic realization of semantic roles in the form ofinequalities.Chapter four is a study about the word’s sense categories which is in the location crossed by a semantic role and a synatactic element. We make a census of the sense categories in the Information Database of the tendency of sense categories, coming to the conclusion that the priority in the shape of inequalities in order to find out its tendency.Chapter five is a test of the previous research. We use the Text Database of the tendency of sense categorie to analyse the sense categories which are consistent with the previous research, in order to test the data of the last experiment with the obtained percentage.Chapter six is a summary. It summarizes the result according to the experiment data. In addition, in this chapter, we put forward the innovation so as to the shortcomings.
