Study On The Protection And Evaluation Of Residential Culture In The Transformation Of The Tourism Town

Residential culture plays an important role in tourism development in many tourist towns. With the urgent demand of the development of tourism economy and the improvement of the living standard of the residents, the transformation of the tourism towns is imperative. However, in the transformation practice of many tourism towns reconstruction, residential culture protection of old city reconstruction triggered a series of problems in tourism development:The "tragedy" of transformation is endless. With the cultural atmosphere of the building was destroyed, living custom in the disappearance, folk customs in the taste, and cultural atmosphere of drifting further and further away, sustainable tourism development become unreachable. Do a good job in residential culture protection of old city reconstruction is protecting tourism resources, but also the will of tourism urbanization path.This study style as below:First, the study summed up the relevant results about the domestic and foreign residential cultural protection evaluation of the old urban, in-depth analysis the relevant theories about the cultural space and evaluation. Extracted the research method—— "the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method".Second, combed the domestic scholar of residential culture related research, based on the connotation analysis of "living culture", author established a living culture protection evaluation index system framework which have "Vernacular Architecture", "Living Customs" and "Spirit" as the main evaluation levels and 16 indicators. What’s more, made use of "the analytic hierarchy process" to determine the index weight. The weights of three levels are 0.490,0.326,0.184.Third, to Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County as an example of evaluation, author made full use of field survey method, qualitative and quantitative analysis method. Send the questionnaire to the jinxiu county residents and tourists. Through mathematical calculation of the fuzzy mathematics method, calculated evaluation results of Jinxiu residential culture protection. It found out that residents and tourists highly appraise. The overall evaluation and the three levels of evaluation basic thought to protect the "good". Therefore, residential culture protection of old city reconstruction in Jinxiu Yao Autonomous County was very successful.Fourth, combined with the current situation and evaluation results of the protection of the field research, the success and problems of the cultural protection in the urban transformation of the old city are summarized. At last, put forward the revelation and suggestions for transformation and protection of tourist towns.
