In the development of modernization, with the change of the environment and the national policy, the Miao language has changed in the process of inheritance, some areas even appeared the phenomenon of the weakening of the Miao language. This article selects Taijiang country in Guizhou province as the research, By the author from life experience, as well as two months of field investigations, Through interviews with 28 Miao people, combined with 332 related literature to analysis the current situation of use of language by Miao people in Taijiang Country. Starting point of this article lies in the media and communication, grasp the ubiquitous "spread" and the link between the hmong language heritage, the dissemination" as the main factors influencing the inheritance of the Miao, and from the three aspects——the internal communication channels, external environment and the cultural consciousness to analyze the factors of affecting the plight of the inheritance of the Miao. This paper is divided into five parts:The first part, Introduced this topic by using the method, and expatiates the origin, research scope and significance, and lists some theories about cultural transmission and the Miao culture research; The second part, mainly adopt the method of interview and questionnaire survey of the Miao language from three aspects on the current situation of Miao language inheritance. Including Miao language environment, The evolution of the Miao nationality features and The confusion of national identity. The third part, the analysis of factors about the inheritance dilemma of the Miao culture, spread from cultural perspective, analyzes the hmong language channels of internal communication, external communication environment and the present situation of the Miao people’s cultural consciousness weakening; The fourth part, In the reflection of the evolution in Miao language inheritance, this paper discusses the evolution process of Miao people adapt to foreign cultures and the imbalance in culture to adapt to the cultural development, so the author thinks that cultural and social balanced development is very necessary.
