Human speech organs gradually mature, so that children’s language development through a process from simple to complex. In this paper, according to the acoustic analysis method with (2; 6) 30 months old voice data analysis of the Mongolian children, children speech corpus were established. On this basis, analyzed the characteristics of the children’s first language phonetic acquisition.Paper structure included the introduction, chapter one, the second chapter, the third chapter, conclusion and references six parts. Among them, the first chapter, the second chapter, the third chapter is the main content of this paper.The first chapter is based on children’s language corpus, conclusion the vowel’s quality, and characteristics of children’s language duration, sums up the similarities and differences of vowels with adult language features.Appearing in the second chapter based on children’s language types and consonant sound length, sums up the similarities and differences with features of adult language consonant.The third chapter mainly analyzes the children’s pronunciation strategy.Vowels and consonants of addition, deletion, substitution, and syllable structure characteristic, summarize the similarities and differences with the domestic and international research results.
