The Mukden Incident caused an unprecedented survival crisis in the Chinese nation. Facing the national crisis, the Chinese people started to think about how to save the Chinese nation from the depths of suffering. And compared with the comprehensive anti-Japanese period, the period from 1931 to 1937 had different feature. During this period, many Chinese parties fight with one another. The Kuomintang formally unified China, but China is not really a unity. Parties struggled to seize power and the situation was very complicated. Facing the Anti-Japanese War and the founding, the National Government was more inclined to do the founding. They published and worked hard for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In this context, the Renaissance Monthly was born in June 1932.In the "Addressing Words" of the first volume of the first issue, Huang Fu said "Renaissance" is "we make it thrive again when it faded". It includes the global economic crisis, the rise of fascism, the conflicting of the parties and the rise of "national rejuvenation" in newspapers and magazines after September 18th Incident. Against that backdrop, the Renaissance Monthly came into being. The paper explore how the monthly magazine discussed the possibility of the national renaissance to provide convenience for ideas spread and how the Chinese Construction Federation relate to parties to focus the relationship between publications and politics.
