The Protection And Research Of Traditional Dance From The Vision Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

Traditional dance plays an important role on intangible cultural heritage, it is among one of ten categories state intangible cultural heritage lists. With the protection of intangible cultural heritage, single study and achievement of dance project cannot meet the needs of traditional dance classification and integrity protection. It calls for comprehensive study.Through rhythmic, refining and organizing of the human body movements and modelling, traditional dance expressed arts and emotion. It is not only an art form, but also an traditional cultural art. It divided into traditional dance in social practice, traditional dance of ceremony, and traditional dance at festival. It characters heritage, uniqueness, rheology living, national, regional and has historical, aesthetic, educational value. So far, the protection of traditional dance have legislation, policies, inheritors system, digital ways. But the legal system is not perfect, the management system runs unwell, financial authority and powers does not suitable, lack of inheritors, single themes of protection,etc. To solve these problems, improving the protection mechanisms for traditional dance, combination of heritage and protection "inheritors", building clear responsibility and multiple body system are needed.
