The purpose of this study was to study the effects of different priming conditions on the facial expression recognition of Shita Chi(unconscious) and Kami Chi(conscious), and their neural mechanisms. Preparations for the experiment is to express emotions four letter word familiar degree and emotional titer evaluation, according to the score screen out familiar with high degree and obvious emotional valence words as the priming stimulates, by controlling the start the stimulus presentation time, whether to add masking information, to realize threshold and threshold is no awareness and consciousness priming paradigm conversion. The task of participating in the experiment was to respond to the stimuli of pleasure and anger. At last, the two parts of the behavior data and EEG data were collected, including the response time and the accuracy rate as indicators, and the variance analysis of repeated measures was carried out on the two indicators. The other is the acquisition of EEG data, using Neuroscan equipment acquisition event related potential. The mean amplitude of the nine related electrodes was analyzed by repeated measures variance analysis. The main results of the study are the following two aspects:1 behavior data(1) threshold priming, the time of the reaction in the presence of a significant effect of the main effect is significant, that is to say the consistency of the test is not consistent with the titer of the reaction time is not consistent. The main effect of face value was not significant, and the interaction between the titer and the valence of the face was not significant. In the accuracy rate, the main effect of the consistency of the titer was significant, and the correct rate of the test was higher than that of the inconsistent condition. The main effect of facial valence is not significant. The interaction between the titer and the valence of the face was not significant.(2) under the threshold of threshold, in the reaction time, the main effect of the consistency of the main effect is significant, the test of the consistency of the consistency conditions than the titer of the reaction is not consistent with the reaction. The main effect of facial valence is not significant. The interaction between the titer and the valence of the face was not significant. In the accuracy rate, the main effect of the titer was not significant. The main effect of facial valence is not significant. Theinteraction between the titer and the valence of the face was not significant.2.ERP results(1) under the threshold priming paradigm, the LPP(late positive component) of the facial evoked waveform corresponds to the distribution of the(late positive component) in the occipital region of the scalp under the 450- 750 ms window. 2(valence consistency) * 2(valence of faces) 9(electrode position: P3 / P4 PO3/4. 2.Pz/Poz oz) repeated measures analysis of variance revealed that the main effect of valence consistency reached significant level, F=4.914, P < 0.05. The amplitude correction of facial expression induced by the expression of the facial expression under the uniform condition of the expression ratio of the same. The expression of the amplitude of the facial expression evoked by the inconsistent condition was consistent with the titer. The interaction between valence and the valence of the face and the position of the face was not significant.(2) under the threshold priming paradigm: in the 450- 750 ms, the facial evoked waveform corresponds to the distribution of the LPP(late positive component) in the occipital region of the scalp. 2(valence consistency) * 2(valence of faces) 9(electrode position: P3 / P4 PO3/4,01/2, Pz/Poz oz) repeated measures analysis of variance showed that no significant main effect and interaction between the titer of consistent and face titer, the placement of the electrodes were not significant.
