Implicit learning is an important learning ability and an unconscious process that people acquire knowledge in context. Some research shows that RSI(response-stimulus interval), personality, working on sustaining representation have an crucial effect on implicit learning.Past research has focused primarily on static and stable implicit learning, but not the dynamic capability development considered. Past research shows that implicit learning is related to personality, age, and intelligence. Thus, it is important to investigate evolvable and plastic ability of implicit learning which has a great effect to a person’s growth, especially to find plastic people.Based on previous analysis, two studies tested plastic trait on implicit learning by measuring velocity that subjects explicitly acquire implicit rules which subjects are divided into high, medium, low implicit learning ability and compare personality differences in big five personality dimensions. The major findings are:1. Subject’s implicit learning ability is not constant. Inversely, it would change the quality of representation and other variable. Medium implicit learner is plastic who has an explicit learning rule through a certain amount of continuous implicit learning.2. The openness was significant between high, medium, low implicit learner. High implicit learner has a high Score and low implicit learner has a low Score in openness dimension. Implicit learning has a moderate correlation with openness. The openness is an important personality to distinguish the level of implicit learning.3. The dutifulness of those low implicit learners is higher than the other two types of subjects, high dutifulness would impede subjects’ implicit learning to a certain extent. High dutifulness [conscientiousness and responsibility statements are. Has been changed to conscientiousness] is the double-edged sword, it helps to rely on autonomous controlled explicit learning, but not conducive to uncontrolled implicit learning. High openness is both beneficial to explicit learning and implicit learning.4. High implicit learners have a higher fantasy score than the other two types learners. Fantasy is the important feature that could distinguish high and low implicit learning ability.
