Research On National Culture Security In The Horizont Of Ideology

National culture security stems from reflection on national security in the context of globalization. Realists insist that national security means "threatened by military power or political pressure directly". Yet, the connotation and extension of national security has extended in the time of globalization. Culture security has become significant foundation of national independence because culture represents the progress and development of civilization. Ideology security as the core of culture security is the screen to keep national ideology and value from erosion. At present, China’s culture security is threatened by peaceful evolution and culture hegemony. It has brought about severe negative impacts to our culture and value which shows features of ideology. It is urgent to preserve our ideology and construct the national culture security system. Hence, studying China’s culture security in the horizont of ideology has theoretical and practical significance.The thesis has analyzed China’s culture security from 4 aspects. The first section is a theoretical review on ideology and culture security. It discusses the connotation, characteristics and origin of ideology and culture security which could clarify relations between them. In the second section, it has studied the circumstances of national culture security. The thesis represents its basic situation and primary issues by analyzing West’s cultural colonized strategy, the influence of western ethos and the multi-dimensional information carriers. Then the thesis discusses issues on national culture security in the age of globalization such as culture hegemony, corruption, failed market regulation and ethos in cyberspace. At last, a series of approaches are put forward to preserve the dominating ideology and national culture security which includes enhancing cultural effect, promoting cultural identity, defending cultural territory, improving cultural management and constructing warning system.In the age of globalization, conflict among different cultures has intensified which impacts China’s dominating ideology and value. Therefore, we should keep our faith, preserve national ideology, create new socialist ideology theory, construct national culture security system, and remould our speech right to realize "China Dream".
