Due to the Cambodia government adopt the more friendly policy, and the relationship between Cambodia and China is getting closer, which makes Chinese education developing rapidly in Cambodia. On the one hand, Cambia society is getting more and more influenced by the Chinese education and the number of local Chinese school is growing very fast, which needs more and more volunteering Chinese teachers. One the other hand, with the rapid development of Chinese education, the problem during the process of teaching is also revealing. A more efficient of classroom management guarantee the successful of class teaching. So how to deal with the problems during the class is the most important thing to be solved. But author haven’t been found any articles about how to fix these issues. So author therefore conducted a study of Chinese classroom management in Cambodia Chinese schools and makes an analysis on the Chinese classroom management problems and the causes. Then based on domestic and overseas research on classroom management theory and experience, the author puts forward reasonable suggestions for the Chinese classroom management in Cambodia Chinese schools.The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the origin, introduces the research goal and the significance as well as the related concept of classroom management, and also includes research objects and the method. The second part mainly introduces the current situation and the history about the Chinese education in Cambodia. The third part gives the analysis of questionnaires which finished by students and teachers. The forth part summarizes the current situation of Chinese classroom management in Cambodia Chinese schools and analyzes the problems which include the laws of classroom, the environment of classroom and the atmosphere of the classroom. The fifth part presents some effective strategies for Chinese classroom management in Cambodia Chinese schools. The sixth part is the conclusion, which introduces the ideas about writing this article.
