This article aims to find out approaches and methods which can create an easy learning atmosphere for the students while improving the present state of teaching management to make the classroom teaching more effective. In order to realize the current situation and existing problems in Chinese language classroom management in Thailand, the author employ some research methods, such as questionnaires for teachers and students, interviews for school administrators and students'parents and personal classroom observations. The subjects of this study are from four middle schools in Chiang Mai.This article is divided into five parts.In the introduction part, research status and achievements, significance of the selected topic and research methods will be presented.The second part gives the analysis of students'and teachers'behaviors according to their classroom performances. The author's observation and realizations of the present state in Chinese language class will also be included.In the next part, based on the questionnaires and interviews, factors which influence the classroom order will be investigated on student, teacher, administrator and parent four aspects.The fourth part presents the implications and strategies of the Chinese lessons management which are inspired from the classification and statistical analysis of the data collected from the above survey. Implications are on classroom teaching and class management. Reflections of the behavior modification model, the dynamic group teaching model and the classroom training model will be discussed together. Affective strategies, class management strategies, pedagogical strategies and behavior management strategies are stated successively. Conclusion will be drawn in the following part.
