The human culture, as a whole, can be called the process of liberation of human being as a whole, Cahill’s "human theory". Language, art, religion and science are the different stages of this process." In view of this, human culture is not only a form of creation, but also a process of people to realize their own liberation. From Cassirer symbol essence was discussed based on the generation and development process of human culture. He believes that using the symbols form of human culture in the world is beyond the natural reality, people in the symbolic world of spiritual liberation is the self-liberation, and it with Marxist Philosophy in the social emancipation and human free and comprehensive development is different. For this purpose, this paper discusses the similarities and differences between Cahill’s philosophy and Marx’s philosophy about man’s liberation, and finally points out the contribution and limitation of Cahill’s theory of human liberation.This paper is divided into three parts:the first part of Cassirer’s cultural philosophy theory by tracing back to the history, a brief description of the Cassirer on human understanding of the issues, and details the Cassirer, how to understand the relationship between culture and liberation. The second part of the main content:the analysis of myth and religion, language, art, history, science content of these five parts, the content of these cultural symbols through the continuous creation, beyond their own to achieve the liberation of the process. The third part:Cahill’s discussion about the cultural liberation of people and the liberation of the people’s Liberation of Marx’s practice, it shows that Cahill’s logic rationality of human liberation is understood in the form of "human culture".
