Luo Rufang is the descendant of Taizhou school after yang-ming study followers. After Mu Zongsan, JinXi philosophy was gaining increasing attention. A growing body of research results were achieved. Overall grasp of JinXi philosophy was not held. In research methods, the study started from concept or by comparative study with other philosophers. There is lacking overall grasp between the overall construction of JinXi philosophy and the internal relationship. This paper tries to take the pure heart and harmony thinking features and state the relationship between mind, nature and spirit. In JinXi philosophy, mind, nature and spirit are three kinds of different ways to describe the heart:the whole creation comes from heart. Mandate of heaven do not stop as the Circle of life. Nature is the implement of mandate of heaven. For people, nature is the innate new heart; the universe is concrete reflection of spirit. Man is just a group of spirit between heaven and earth. Nobody knows its source. JinXi philosophy will develop the conscience for pure heart. Heart, nature and spirit are different, but they are harmony with each other. Heart is the body of philosophy, while nature and spirit are the features of heart. Secondly, The concrete manifestation of the muddy theory fusion is to love all the people and animals. Besides, it follows the trait of Taizhou school’s thougt that the people’s daily life and matter of the today being law in relationships between noumenon and effor. Effort refers to filial piety and fraternal duty which embody respecting the old and the relatives. Filial piety and fraternal duty is the natural state of the pure heart in experience. There are no essential difference between the two whether considered by integration thinking mode or the oneness of body and utility dominated by the philosophy of the mind. From the relationship between the pure heart and nature, and spirit, noumenon, and effort, we can seize the traits of chaos, nature, and currency included in JinXi philosophy. |
