The New Guangxi clique for ten years (1927-1937) is the state power of expanding decade, continuous extension of state power has changed the culture of traditional rural power structure. Based on the Hakka, the second largest county in Guangxi luchuan Liantang Village as a case study in the expansion of state power under the background of the special times the change process and its characteristics of Hakka culture, and to analyze the cause of its social and cultural evolution.Through on-the-spot investigation visit, collected a large number of oral historical materials, on the basis of combining the xie clan spectrum of Liantang Village Hakka related data during the period of the Republic of China to organize, sort out to more real reflection of state power expansion of Hakka village life of solid state and the change of Hakkas country society.First of all, to Liantang Village profiles and its traditional folk beliefs and customs, social structure and living conditions and so on has carried on the interpretation, so that a more comprehensive understanding Liantang Village Hakka traditional social culture. The Republic of China before, traditional Hakka share custom Liantang Village; In a country where control, clan played an important role in rural governance; The same as in other parts of the Hakka, Liantang Village Hakka faith also present a "divine", "utilitarian", "promotions", "mystery" and other characteristics; Due to the geographical environment of occlusion and poor economic conditions, the village people lived "in a race", "self sufficiency", and "industrious and simple life, is the embodiment of the small-scale peasant economy society people’s life style. Second, reveals the state power in the New Guangxi clique in the process of strengthening the construction of grass-roots power, along with the strengthening of the construction of grass-roots power, especially with the establishment of the "trinity" system, the state power gradually penetrate into the vast rural areas. Again, under the state power expansion Liantang Village Hakka expatiates on the changes of the social and cultural conditions. The expansion of state power of Liantang Village Hakka social structure, customs and folk beliefs and living conditions are produced certain effect, but its influence is still relatively weak, most was "hidden" culture is only temporary, not really disappear. Finally, the cause of the Liantang Village Hakka social culture changes was analyzed, and the Hakka Liantang Village social culture changes by geographical location, economic development level and political system various comprehensive factors, national force cannot be fundamentally thoroughly to Liantang Village Hakka social and cultural evolution.Based on the research of the Liantang Village Hakka social culture changes, more shows the change of the social culture is the result of comprehensive shaping of many factors, national force alone cannot really achieve the transforming social traditions. In today’s society as well as the state strengthens the socialist new countryside cultural construction and rural democratic politics construction provided valuable historical experience and lessons.
