Baoxiang flower as China’s most representative symbol. Since ancient times, carrying people for a better life of the infinite and yearning and emotional sustenance. This topic is from Baoxiang flower formation and gradually evolving process of, understanding Baoxiang flower and search has been widely recognized as the most typical of Baoxiang flower, as a symbol of good used in the subject of the design. Meanwhile, discuss the effects of the fusion of traditional culture and modern design and the problem of theme expression.“The Silk Road imagination” is put forward in the current “The Belt and Road ” and “Chinese Renaissance” background. The concept of “The Silk Road imagination” this one theme as a main line runs through the whole process to the overall design, to Baoxiang flowers as auspicious symbol and the core design elements into the design, meaning and showed some ideal state, and on this basis, discuss plane visual language arts performance problems and the theme of the concept of application and extension.“The Silk Road imagination” and “Sail into East China Sea” to correspond in regions, “Dream return to Tang Dynasty” and “Florid” in space-time echoes. The theme of the concept of application and extension design mainly includes the scarf series design, circular fan series design and a series of cultural packaging design.
