Study Of "Eyes Of Fish" Series Print Creations

During the process of raising fish, I unintentionally observed a scene in which some fish were trapped in a glass fish tank and unable to struggle for it, so I decided to place myself in the glass fish tank instead of the fish so that I could think, discover and know the outside world from a new perspective, meanwhile I put timeliness in it to create a series of art painting works. Naturally a desire of showing outwards has come out, which is a phased progression as a postgraduate student in the three years of my creative study. The main body of the Fish Eyes series belongs to some print works. In order to make the idea and process of them more clear, I also add some propylene and small painting drafts to them for illustrating the creative train of thought in the print works. The creative process of the Fish Eyes series is dynamic and changeable. It is a conclusion of my experience in the three years of my postgraduate study. During the three years of the study, as the experience and knowledge are on the increase, the constant changes appear in the content and style of my own creative behavior. It has become unimportant to view the works themselves from an isolated angle, the important thing is to show my own study and experience in the period of the three years of my postgraduate study.Consequently, in order to read and study conveniently, I divide the paper into four chapters to go for a discussion. The first chapter mainly introduces the creative background of the project and the method of the study content as well as the signification of the creation. The second chapter mainly express the accumulation of the material and the chapter is divided into six stages to tell the creative experience in my own three years in details. The third chapter is mainly an account of my own three groups of drawing works. The forth chapter is a conclusion of the Fish Eyes series works.Through my creating, accumulating and showing of the Fish Eyes series, the viewers can easily find the train of thought and source of my current creative works. By the communication with the viewers, I can look at my works from a new angle, and discover the superiority of my own. Also I can find out the advantages, disadvantages and the experience of them in my paintings. All of them will be the invaluable wealth in my painting creations in the future. I hope, by means of the creations and showing of the Fish Eyes series, to present the growth and expansion in my own spiritual world to everyone, and pave the solid way for the future artistic creations.
