This district is located in the southwest of Shangxi province and the north of Yuncheng city, which is the joint of NC, Northwest and Central Plains. Its east is connected with Xinjiang County, west is Hejin city, the south relies on Jiwang Mountain,Wenxi County and Wanrong County, beside the north is Lvliang Mountain and Xiangning County, Jishan County is the native place of Houji and has long history, the cultural heritages preserved from the long history is numerous, Drum Tower is one of them, Drum Tower is famous among the folk dance for its artistic characteristics-"high, dangerous, odd and unique", it can be named a miracle in art area. As the birth place of agricultural civilization, The earthy, diligent and optimistic people from Jishan created Drum Tower in their labor, also Jishan people entertain both God and themselves using Drum Tower generation to generation.This article starts from the nature of dance of Jishan Drum Tower, aiming at exploring the morphological characteristics and cultural characteristics of Drum Tower, Making a comprehensive analysis about Drum Tower by using literature materials,, field investiga-tion and interview., It helped us have a comprehensive understanding about the origin and evolution of Drum Tower from the interview with Suan Fu, the headmaster of Anfu Art School in Wubi Village and Zhaojian Wu, the associate director of research laboratory of Jishan.There are five parts in total. The first part pays attention to the research of the origin and development of Drum Tower. Making analysis from its development in history portrait and the comparison with other drums in transverse of the same area.The second part mainly research its rheology,this loss phenomenon is mainly result from the lack of protection awareness and the defective of preservation method, Jishan Drum Tower has a big disappear from dance forms because of long time evolution, also the relative cultural patterns vanish forever. It is necessary to have a deep research about its present dance forms in order to be better protect Drum Tower and has a further analysis about its agricultural culture and folk culture. Because everything is in the development and change process, so as the shaping and developing of art, but it is inevitable to lose some of the essence during the development. So we should try our best to preserve the primitive form of the folk dance, reserving this kind of culture for our offspring. The third part make a research about the dance form of Jishan Drum-Tower. Making an analysis about the action form, props form and pattern formation of Jishan Drum Tower and research a conclusion that the dance form of Jishan Drum Tower is not an independent individual after the analysis about these ingredients. It’s present performing form related to the local culture, mode of production and custom. The fourth part mainly research on the cultural identity related to dance form in the development of Drum Tower. Put dance form into cultural environment and make analysis about the cultural characteristics of the art itself. The fifth part shows that Jisahn Drum Tower facing many problems at present stage and put forward some suggestions and opinions according to these problems.Chinese economical development changes with each passing day, so the spiritual civilization of our people should keep up with the pace. Jishan Drum Tower is art treasure in folk dance, also one part of Chinese civilization in five thousand, in order to make Drum Tower exists in the future, we have an obligation to research on its theory and make people have a comprehensive understanding about this unique drum -dance art. |
