Study On The Commonly Used Words In Liao History

"Liao History" is a large-scale historical works, the book not only records many important historical facts, but also reflects many language phenomena. At present, scholars mostly tend to focus on from the perspective of minority language, and do the study of voice and vocabulary of "Liao History", but for the Chinese vocabulary, especially the commonly used words, is insufficient. This paper takes the form and meaning changes of words as the breakthrough point and tries to do the synchronic and diachronic analysis of the commonly used words in the "Liao History". Through a comparative analysis of the commonly used words in "Liao History" of retention and form and meaning changes in modern Chinese, examining the law of the development of modern Chinese vocabulary.This paper is divided into three parts, the structure is as follows:The first chapter is an introduction, introduces the circumstances of "Liao History" and the research status of "Liao History", and explains the significance of commonly used words in "Liao History", and the significance and methods of this paper.The second chapter is a static description of "Liao History" vocabulary, which Summarizes the disyllabification of words of "Liao History" and characteristics of compound word formation, from the perspective of syllables and structure. The third chapter Through the comparative study of commonly used words in Liao History and Modern Chinese, discussing the historical context of commonly used words in Liao History, thereby further reveals the development characteristics of Chinese vocabulary.
