The human brain is a complex organ that responsible for the comprehensive function of thinking, emotion, learning, memory and operation etc. Research on the human brain has been one of the humanity’s active exploration areas. Currently the main method of brain research is detecting single personal brain activity in cognitive tasks. But the function of the human brain only in the constant process communication will get to shape and function normally. So the biggest deficiency of single brain activity is not considered psychological context of interactive activities, namely lacking ecological characteristics. Currently the exploration of interactive multiplayer brain mechanism has begun, the researchers also actively overcome various difficulties, use fMRI, EEG, fNIRS and other experimental instruments to explore the interactive multiplayer brain mechanism. fNIRS, compared to fMRI, EEG, has its own advantages in spatial resolution and temporal resolution. Therefore, this study explore brain mechanism in the form of human interaction with fNIRS.The purpose of this study is to examine the synchronization of brain activity under the cooperative task. Research was composed of two experiments, Experiment 1 examines the movement cooperation task, the task demands two subjects personally using a chopstick to clip glass balls from a bowl to another bowl; Experiment 2 examines the non-movement cooperation task, the task requires two subjects discarding cards at the same time and making two card numbers being multiples of 3. In data analysis, in addition to using conventional data analysis methods to analyze the results of behavior and the brain, but also we use small world brain network analysis. Small world brain network is relative to the concept of brain regular networks and brain random networks.Compared with the two latter network structure, the advantages of small world network is to transfer and process the brain function network information efficiently and effectively and also reflecting the brain function differentiation and the adaptability to the stimulus. The research draws the following conclusions:1. At the movement cooperation task, due to the influence of the experimental task, the difference between the subjects was significant. The synchronization between the behavior and the brain of the group with good performance was better than the group with worse performance. The group with good behavior was better than the worse group on the amount of the activation2. At the movement cooperation task, the small world network analysis shows that the subjects who do better in the behavioral test show a outstanding modular information processing capability and a higher compact node degree. The supplementary motor area is the network hub of the movement cooperation task.3. At the non-movement cooperation task, The number of the successful cooperation is significantly higher than the random level, indicating that the subjects did use some strategies to ensure the success of the experiment in the experiment.4. At the non-movement cooperation task, the small world network analysis suggests that when the task is successful, the brain shows a outstanding modular information processing capability and the dorsolateral prefrontal cortex、the frontal eye field and the supplementary motor area is the network hub of the non-movement cooperation task. There are differences in the network hub of the movement cooperation task and the non-movement cooperation task.
