Teachers undertake the task of imparting knowledge and educating people. The emotion in the work affects teachers’ and their students’ mental and physical well-being. So improving the job satisfaction of teachers has become an important question. Mindfulness is defined that bringing one’s complete attention to the experiences occurring in the present moment, in a nonjudgmental or accepting way. Mindfulness has positive influences on mental and physical well-being. This study focus on the relationship among mindfulness, emotional labor, job satisfaction, and reveals how mindfulness influences job satisfaction.This study used The Five Mindfulness Questionnaire, The Emotional Labor Scale, Recovery Experience Questionnaire and Job Satisfaction scale to survey 507 primary and middle school teachers. The result of confirmatory factor analysis by AMOS 17.0 proves that the questionnaire has good validity, we also used SPSS 17.0 to do the reliability test, partial correlation analysis, regression analysis and tested the mediation and moderation effect, the results showed that:(1)Part of mindfulness, emotional labor, recovery experience and job satisfaction dimensions have significant differences in gender and seniority.(2)Mindfulness has significantly correlation with job satisfaction.(3)Mindfulness can significantly predict job satisfaction.(4)Emotional labor mediates the relationship between mindfulness and job satisfaction.(5)Recovery experience moderated the relationship between mindfulness and job satisfaction.
