With the advent of the service-oriented society, more and more psychologists and managers started to pay attention to the enterprise employees. As a travel agent industry, the emotional labor of guides is increasing obviously. And it has imported on the guides'job satisfaction degree. What about emotional labor of guides in their work, which factors affected job satisfaction.and how about the relationship between the emotional labor and job satisfaction degree?This research samples guides an subjects and under takes correlation analysis and other general statistic research by questionnaires.the conclusions are as follows: Conclusion 1: While working, guides frequency of two levels emotional labor expressing(surface acting and deep acting) is both very high.Conclusion 2:Through the factor analysis,we get four major factors of guides'job satisfaction,they are: work itself, working relationships, travel agency itself,rewords.Conclusion 3:Through the variance analysis and t-test,there are differences guides'job satisfaction by personal facts:ages,seniority, number days of guiding tour groups monthly average,employment type,wish whether be promoted or not,whether organization on-the-job training or not have significant effect on guides'job satisfaction,are all positive. But sex and marital status have no significant effect on guides'job satisfaction.Conclusion 4:Through regression analysis and correlation analysis,guides'job Satisfaction and its factors both have correlations with their emotional labor.There is a significant correlation between guides'job Satisfaction and the deep acting of their emotional labor.and it's positive.Satisfaction of work itself and satisfaction of rewards have significant correlations with their emotional labor,and the correlations are positive. Aiming to survey results, the essay makes guide emotional labor and job Satisfaction administration suggestions for travel agency: to definitude emotional labor duties,to recruit employees adapting to emotional labor, to start emotional labor training,to notice to penetratere company's culture to strengthen the career development of guide to set emotional labor goal in performance administration,and to consider the value of emotional labor when making the payment system.
