Study On Local Government’s Function In Night Market’ Cultural Construction

This paper puts forward “the night market culture” based on the rising living standards and more demanding for the richness of nightlife alongside China’s economic prowess, which is closely related to the city culture. Colorful night market culture helps citizens rich nighttime leisure culture, improve the modern civic literacy, improve the cultural character of the city, while promoting economic development and integration of economy and culture, in order to better promote the culture of big development and prosperity.This paper defines the academic meaning, characteristics, significance of the night market culture through consulting, selecting and integrating material. This paper has found and solved the problems in the construction of night market culture, for example, lack of ideological awareness, lag of management system, shortage of funds, lack of vocational ability and has not developed and used cultural resources. Base on these problems, this paper do makes some recommendations including policy-oriented mechanism, the operation system, social security mechanism, the people involved in the mechanism, incentive mechanism evaluation and discusses the local government’ function in night market’s cultural construction to help the local government constructing the night market in the academic.
