The Comparison Of The Intervention Effect Between Mental Health Courses And Drawing Therapy On Female Addicts’ Alexithymia

Objective:1.The target of experiment is to explore the regulating effect of mental health counseling courses and drawing therapy to female addicts alexithymia, and to explore the effect of the two methods.2.The purpose of research is to explore the counseling effect of drawing therapy to female addicts.Methods:1.Experiment ResearchExperiment with two factors completely random experiment design to explore the mental health counseling courses and drawing therapy to female addicts alexithymia regulating effect, and to explore the effect of the two methods. Factor Mental Health Courses including two levels:A1(Yes), A2(No);factor Drawing Therapy including two levels:B1(Yes) and B2(No). In female addicts into standard 80 randomly selected as subjects, and randomly assigned to four groups, each group receiving the combination of an experimental treatment. Measurements: Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20), Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ), Synthetic house-tree-person drawing test(SHTP).2.Qualitative ResearchSelecting 15 people from the female drug users accepted drawing therapy to qualitative interviews.To explore the counseling effect of drawing therapy to female addicts from the perspective of female drug addicts. Transcribed interviews after the end of the original data for the transcript, adopting the method of grounded theory, to encode data from bottom up, eventually forming theory.Results:1.Experiment Research(1)After the experiment, curriculum- painting, course group, drawing group of alexithymia scores were decreased. Scores of curriculum- painting and painting group were significantly lower than that of blank group(p<0.05), and after a time delay measurement, drawing group decreased more than courses- drawing group. Mental health counseling courses and painting to be able to alleviate symptoms of alexithymia, painting effect is superior to the course of mental health counseling;(2)Four groups of trait coping style score had no significant difference(p<0.05).Changes to the trait coping style, curriculum and painting effect is not obvious, changes in behaviour depends on the behavior of the further training;(3)With the reduction of alexithymia symptoms characteristics female drug users in the form of painting on show is the size of the image and lines tend to be moderate, more complete details, painting, rich content of interactive enhancement. After the experiment,curriculum- painting, course group, drawing group in painting characteristics are changed,which at the same time accept the mental health courses and painting counselling in painting addicts characteristics on the change of the most obvious: picture by missing tend to be complete on integrity(（？）前-（？）后=-0.786,p < 0.01), distance from separation to integration(（？）前-（？）后=-0.702,p < 0.01), on the picture frame size by large tend to be moderate(（？）前-（？）后=0.300,p<0.05), on line by the mixed and disorderly to moderate(（？）前-（？）后=-0.600,p<0.01).2.Qualitative ResearchOpen Coding have 41 concept; Axial Coding get 10 pairs of category, 5 main categories; Selective Coding has two core category. Return to the original data analysis eventually get 5 grounded theory.After drawing therapy, the subjects of introspective ability improved, analysis ability enhancement, assessment more objective, the personal experience and current status of life more acceptance; Emotional experience is more delicate, rich, to the distinction between the emotion, the ability to recognize, emotional expression; Consideration of individual treatment life increase, change the will is stronger, the subjects who participated in the course of mental health have more try on behavior change, but there is not enough, in dealing with the method of buddhist monastic discipline cure method and initiative learning demand increased.Conclusion:Psychological course and drawing therapy can well reduce the female addicts alexithymia symptoms; The effect of the drawing therapy is better than that of mental health curriculum; Painting counselling in reducing the female addicts alexithymia symptoms can enhance learning willingness of addicts, on the basis of beneficial to prevent relapse and psychological drug rehabilitation work.
