Study On Private Cultural Industry Development In Guangdong Province In The New Century

Since the new century, both the Communist Party of China(CPC) and the state put forward new requirements on the development of cultural industry. Experience of some regions with high speed and high quality of development in the process of cultural industry development can be taken as reference. Guangdong Province is a large and strong province of culture in our country. In the new century, its private cultural industry grows swiftly and attracts worldwide attention, and its achievement, development characteristics, successful experience, deficiency and future development path are worthy of necessary exploration.In the study, experience and problems of Guangdong’s private enterprises in the development of cultural industry were concluded and solution was put forward accordingly to further enrich and perfect theories of cultural industry in China. Based on research, it made a summary of achievement, development characteristics, successful experience, deficiency and future development path of Guangdong Province, a province with outstanding performance in cultural industry. It is integrated and improved in theory level to provide crucial theoretical support for the development of contemporary cultural industry.In the paper, logical model ―recognition of problem – analysis on problem – problem settlement‖ was applied to arrange and analyze the achievement, development characteristics, successful experience and deficiency of private cultural industry of Guangdong in the new century in the macro sense. According to research objective of concluding its successful experience, finding problems and giving constructive development path, it tried to apply demonstration methods like intersection of point and surface, combination of macro examination and case analysis, mutual control of theory and evidence to make argument flawless and conclusion reliable. The structure and system of this paper is organized as follows.Chapter I introduces the research background, significance, contents, ideas and methods. Research status of domestic and foreign scholars on development issues of private cultural industry is also summarized.Chapter II introduces relevant concepts and theories of this paper. This chapter also gives a clear definition on culture, cultural industry, private cultural industry and private cultural industry in Guangdong since new century.Chapter III sums up the achievements, characteristics and successes of private cultural industry development in Guangdong since the new century based on investigating, collecting and sorting relevant datum.Chapter IV analyzes the main problem in developing private cultural industry in Guangdong according to the current situation of private cultural industry development in Guangdong.Chapter V focuses on the problem raised in the previous chapter and gives constructive developing way and strategies for promoting the development of private cultural industry in Guangdong through aspects of government, enterprises and market.
