Research On Risk Management And Decoding Strategy Of Chinese Private Cultural Enterprises

Currently, enterprise risk management has become the hotspot among researches, whose essence is prevention before risk, processing during risk and recovery after risk, and transferring risk to the opportunity for the enterprises.This essay conducts analysis on three aspects: cultural economy,cultural industry and cultural enterprise. The research should ultimately focus on enterprise management and study the risk of Chinese private cultural enterprises, which can reduce difficulty with clear direction to make culture industry research localized with the data of cultural enterprises. The model and stage theory of enterprise risk management is the theoretical basis of this essay. Those models are constructed around the risk life cycle but neglect the issues of system construction risk management system, which will lead to the generation of processing thought. Only through strengthening risk management system constructionand confirming the diagnosis index of each subsystem, can better master each stage of risk management from comprehensive perspective.In detail, firstly, it makes statements on the relative theories of risk management research, defines the concept and type of private cultural enterprise risk management and study risk management theory based on the theories like process school and functional school in risk management.For the particularity of development environment and internal enterprise,private cultural enterprise cannot handle the enterprise risk caused by internal and external changes, analyze the detailed presentation of Chinese private cultural enterprise risk and make precaution on the potential danger and risk. How to prevent, handle and restore risk, construct diagnosis index and analyze 14 subsystems’ index contents in private cultural enterprise based on enterprise risk management theory and risk system theory should be conducted.Finally, any theory can only present its charming while guiding practice activity. With the analysis on risk management theory, the ultimate outcome of the author is proposing strategy suggestion on the development of private cultural enterprise.
