Private cultural enterprises,as the major part of cultural market in China,have some advantages about the flexible system,the efficient operation,and remain stability in the market.The companies are regarded as the most important role on promoting the development of cultural industry and helping prosper the cultural market in our country.There is a new subject about studying its large-scale development of cultural industry in the new era and new normalin China.The article summarizes its development status from performance,industry,growth and regional distribution,in order to understand the current situation of large-scale development of private culture enterprises in China.In terms of performance,private culture enterprises have large scales,stability profits and developing rapidly.And there is a positive correlation between the scale and the business efficiency.On the regional distribution,the distribution and scale of private culture enterprises are unbalanced.In terms of development,there are two large-scale development paths which is self driving and merger and reorganization.According to this above,the article puts forward the private cultural enterprises.In the process of scale,the weak scale strength,the regional distribution is unbalanced,the single financing channels,and the industrial policies are relatively deficient.And the main factors that restrict the large-scale development of private cultural enterprises are lack of innovation ability,lack of cooperation,imperfect investment and financing system and non-standard legal environment.Focusing on the current status and problems of the development of private cultural enterprises in China,the paper analyzes the factors that restrict the development of private cultural enterprises on the basis of the combination of domestic and foreign relevant development experience and models and related theoretical foundations.The article enhances the ability of independent innovation of enterprises.The four aspects of establishing a pluralistic cooperation coordination mechanism,improving the financing system for cultural industries,and strengthening the legal system for cultural industries have proposed feasible and operable countermeasures for how private cultural enterprises conduct large-scale development and how to carry out effective scale development.The proposal is to provide some ideas and help for the development of private cultural enterprises in China and thegovernment to formulate relevant policies.At the same time,it has certain guiding significance for the government to formulate relevant policies to promote the development of private cultural enterprises and the development and expansion of private cultural enterprises.
