As a subjective experience, Flow Theory is a core concept in Positive Psychology. What it describes is a state of consciousness, which is the best as well as a high-quality experience. Being universal for all the human beings, this state of conscious generates and develops beyond class, gender, age, activities and culture. With the constant development of measurement technology, scholars both at home and abroad have made many flow state scales. The Flow State Scale, FSS made by Jackson and Marsh has been widely used since its occurrence. But there hasn’t been a standard flow state scale which is widely used at home yet. Therefore, the author revises FSS based on the adolescents by studying the researches on flow state scales at home and abroad. In addition, the author tests the reliability and validity of the revised FSS in various ways and explores the influence factors that the demographic variables has on Flow Theory.First, the author translates the FSS directly and revises the statement and the meaning of the scales in accordance with the experts’ suggestions and makes the primary scale. Next, the author revises the scale by using Rasch model and checks the differential item functioning and makes the FSS-32. After that, the author checks the practicability of FSS-32 and its structure. At last, the author explores the influential factors of adolescents flow scale.The results of the study:First, the FSS-32, which is a result of several Rasch revises and differential item functioning revises, has good reliability and validity and is a nice measuring tool to test the adolescents’ Flow Theory.Second, students of different grades have different Flow Theory. Gender has little effect on adolescents’ Flow Theory, whether the student is the only child and different family addresses don’t have prominent influence on the adolescents’ Flow Theory.Third, the personality and the general self-efficacy have direct influence on the adolescents’ Flow Theory. The general self-efficacy has some mediating effect when the personality influences the adolescents’ Flow Theory.
