The exchange of more information and knowledge on the Internet gradually increases with the development and application of network technology.Online education has already developed to the present multi-domain,multi-course which gradually becomes the global network course learning system from its original single curriculum. The emergence and development of MOOC class is the fruit of the development of computer network technology, which makes the single and partial as well as fragmented curriculums more centralized, advantageous and comprehensive.So that it can enable the students or people who are eager for becoming students enjoy different curriculum contents learning outside the curriculum and the profession. It can break the confinement of the traditional education and realize the network, platform and popularization of the course.The development of Mooc class provides a wider plform for network course. This paper, The Conception and Implementation of MOOC from the Appreciation Class of Animation Experimental Short Film, serves the animation major.Students who learn through the Mooc class form is mainly reflected in several aspects, namely,the course introduction, teaching, text information, picture information, audio-visual information, homework correcting, forum posts and so on. This course will make the students realize the interactive learning about animation course. Students learning animation professional courses through the network platform can not only realize the traditional classroom learning effects, but also can achieve the goal of curriculum knowledge, acquire more professional information, lay a good foundation of animation creation.The main research contents of this subjec include two aspects: the curriculum planning and the use of Mooc class network digital technology to achieve the development of interactive network courses. The development of interactive network courses is to create "a short animated film appreciation lesson" using Mooc course as an example through the digital technology, the research of how to achieve the use of ASP language and other auxiliary softwares to realize the text, graphics, images, animation, web pages, video and audio materials and teaching interaction. The combination of theory and practice, so as to provide theoretical guidance and technical support for the Mooc production course. The research methods in this paper mainly include the following several kinds methods: literature method, comparative method and experience summary method,survey method, logic analysis method and so on.The research results of this paper is how to design and make an interactive course website to improve the teachers’ teachingand students’ autonomous learning effectively. These digital technolgies includeing text, graphics, images,animation,video and sound and other multimedia elements will be displayed to make the method of Mooc class, and provide the reference for the professional construction of college teaching reform and teachers’ scientific researches.
