Study On Mother-child Relationship Of Song Dynasty

Mother-child relationship as a parent-child relationship is very important in interpersonal relationship. Deep research on it has a strong historical significance and realistic significance. This thesis,which studies from Song dynasty as the time limit, mother-child relationship as the research object, interactive relationship between mother and child as research focus.Based on historical material,this thesis tries to present the mother-child interaction from the perspective of multidimensional in reality. Hoping that through the author’s shallow research to play the initiate research on this topic : mother-child relationship of Song dynasty.This thesis includes three parts,namely introduction,body paragraphs and conclusion.The introduction part, firstly,defined the concept of “mother-child relationship”and“interaction”.Secondly, discussed the reason as well as significance of the selection of the subject reviewed the current study status of mother-child relationship of Song dynasty and relevant study of mother-child relationship summarized the academic research results of the mother-child relationship; Finally, introduced the research of material sources and research methods.The text includes four parts:The first part from the perspectives of fertility culture to analysis the interactions between the biological mother and son. Mainly from the culture of praying for the birth of a boy, prenatal education, birthing process and so on,and point out that the establishment of mother-child relationship is not easy. At the same time, after the experience of life and death,mother and child create very strong emotional experience.The second part mainly describes the education of mother godson in Song dynasty.mainly from the aspects of education contents and measures to analyze the interaction between mother and son. In addition to the education authority, mother also has the punishment power, the decision of marriage and career of his son. Affected by filial piety and emotion between mother and son,the son is also very obedient to mother right.In part three,from the perspective of the concept of filial piety to analyze the interaction between mother and child. Mainly from the son filial mother and son unfilial two aspects to explained. Noted that mother and son who are in times of hardship especially widows and orphans can better reflect the emotional experience between mother and son.The fourth part, from the perspective of mourning system to present the true relationship between mother and son of Song dynasty.According to summarizing the relevant mourning between mother and son in Mourning Apparel in Ceremonial Etiquetteon, in combination with the controversial mourning cases between and son of Song dynasty, and sums up the characteristics of Song dynasty on mother and son mourning.
