Culture has become one of the strength of China’s enhanced world power. The film plays an important role in the cultural industry. National "five eleven" development plan clearly pointed out: in the nine major cultural industries, the film industry ranked first.As a popular cultural entertainment way, the film has gradually integrated with the life of the ordinary people. Data shows that as of the end of 2014, the total box office of the Chinese movie reached 29.6 billions, an increase of 36%.China has become the world’s second largest film market. In recent years, the Chinese film market in a growth spurt, according to this speed, in the next five to ten years, the Chinese movie year, the box office will be no suspense breakthrough 100 billions. Since 2013, the structure of film market in China has changed rapidly, and Chinese film makers are also realizing the new and old alternation. Guo Jingming, Han Han,as cutting-edge directors have directed their first film, its box office appeal is better than the older generation of big name directors. From creating 1.2 billions at the box office miracle of the 《Thai embarrassing》 to《tiny times》《Never ever meet again》,each have created a lot of topics and earned a large box office. However, in the domestic commercial film of a lot of problems existed in the process of rapid development, such as the good reputation of the film not good box office, poor reputation can make big money; film to pump layout, in order to seek a topic, without propaganda moral bottom line; film investors only pay attention to celebrities publicity and pays no attention to the connotation of quality films; extreme lack of outstanding commercial directors and screenwriters, film distribution row piece in the black box operation and so on. Based on these reasons, Chinese film industry in the international film market is in a very awkward situation, which can get the international prize and good reputation is very few. The commercialization of Chinese movies seems to be in a predicament, what is the cause of these difficulties? How to change the current bottleneck? What potential rules exist in the development of the movie commercialization? Are there foreign experiences we can use for reference? How to make a film box office reputation double harvest?This paper analyzes the special market structure of Chinese film from the current situation of the development of Chinese film commercialization and the existing problems; described the Chinese film market and commercialization of the evolution and development process; to explore the Chinese film market prosperity behind the existence of many ills; tease out the factors to affect the success of the box office.Looking forward to the future development of Chinese film commercialization, in order to enrich the Chinese film market theory to make a shallow contribution.
