Cultural creativity industry is rising as emerging industries in the world;it has become an important economicpillar of many developed countries, and willkeep boomingin the future. It makes contribution not only to economy, but also can effectively drive associated with the development of other industries; it can improve a country’s international influence and international status. In our country, it has developed less thana decade as strategy, we have made a lot of achievements, however, there are still some problems and it is still on the way of exploringtheory and practice. This paperuses the theory of the industrial chain, industrial integration theory and industrial ecosystem theory, analyzes the its current situation of our countryin the framework of cultural creative industry ecosystem, and through the research on several foreign countries’ developmentexperience, aim to provide policy advice for its development in our country,accelerateour country tobe a strongpoweredcultural creative industry country.In this paper, the research is mainly divided as the following three aspects. First, research on the external environment, internal ecology andindustry integrationof our country’s cultural creative industry,using relevant indexes to carry on the quantitative research, point out what we have done well andthe problems we faced;Second,analyze several foreign countries’ powered cultural creative industryfromthe abovethree aspects, summarizetheir successful experience, which are with good industry policy and law environment, attaching great importance to the protection and development of cultural resources, having a mature industry business model, with a high level of culture creative talent team and diversified wayson making product brand. Third, aiming at the problems, draw lessons from foreign experience, put forward the policy suggestions, which is to create a good external environment, including maintenance policy and law environment and strengthen the protection of cultural resources; internal development proposals, including increase the original and innovative products, cultivate cultural creative talents actively, build a mature business model and to strengthen the construction of culture creative brand; and we should strengthen the industrial convergence development both the fusion between internal industries and with other industries.
