Cultural And Creative Industry Business Model Innovation

With the global knowledge-based economy, culture and creative industries hasbecome the new engine of national economic growth. It has been given rise toconcern that business model innovation to enhance industrial competitiveness hasbecome an important factor. In recent years, driven by relevant national policies,cultural and creative industries continue healthy development; including the coastalcities of cultural and creative industries to economic development impact has beenmore obvious. However, as a backward region to get out the advantage of the "trap",the city’s starting to play a central effect of progressive ideas with coastal construction,not only is the current implementation of the "Cultural Industry Promotion Plan" inthe need to address the important issues, but also about to the development pattern.Based on the general theory of cultural and creative industries, combined withbusiness model innovation-related literature review, to Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou,Nanjing and Shenzhen five cities. Finally, the paper summarizes the main conclusionsand put forward some policy recommendations. This result is as follows:(1) The city should be starting the business model innovation, enhance industrialcompetitiveness, give full play to the central city’s first-mover effect, less advancedcountries to help out the advantage of the “trap”.(2) An open business model in creating an atmosphere of innovation, the value ofnetwork construction and performance requirements than the other three businessmodels; absorption business model focuses on a higher level of integration of externalresources, and shared-sharing business model, pay attention to degree of internalresources; closed business model for the minimum requirements for each factor.(3) Both of “outside-in” path and “inside-out” path coefficient reached asignificant level.conclusion is the government should guide the shift to a service;innovation network, stimulate the enterprise business model innovation suggestion.
