Cultural industry is engaged in the production and sale of creative, which regardthe spirit of the production, exchange and consumption as the main feature of theindustrial system, it relies on innovation to promote high value-added industry, andhas a huge over one trillion dollars of the world market. The development of culturalindustry not only bring huge economic benefits, but also bring the social benefits,most importantly, that add value to cultural products–culture, it embodies a nationaland regional cultural characteristics, values, worldview. With the development ofglobal economic integration, cultural penetration has become one of the mosteffective ways of spiritual aggression and economic plunder. Goldmine is thedepartment of culture, Innovation is the national prosperity lies, and however, thedevelopment of cultural industry relies on external forces only hard to win thecompetition in the market synergies.
